SOMATIC INTIMACY & sexuality
SOMATIC INTIMACY & sexuality
ONLINE · LISBON · IMMERSIONS Get to know yourself a little better. Especially the parts nobody taught you much about.
Your desires, your boundaries, your pleasure, your relationships, your sexuality, and how comfortable you feel expressing yourself.
This is a space to explore all of that through conversation, body awareness, and practical experiences that invite you to become more curious about yourself.
You might have something specific you'd like to work on, or you might simply want to discover what's possible when you start paying more attention to yourself.
You don't need to be in a relationship, have a particular problem, or know exactly where to begin.
You don't need a diagnosis, a partner, or a particularly dramatic reason to be here. Curiosity is enough.
WHAT MIGHT BRING YOU HERE?
-
Maybe you experience premature ejaculation, difficulty with erections or arousal, changes in desire, or find yourself disconnected from pleasure during sex. We can get curious about what's happening for you, what you notice in your body, and how your relationship with intimacy and sexuality has developed over time.
-
If you've experienced sexual abuse, unwanted touch, or violations of your boundaries, this can be a space to explore your relationship with your body, pleasure, trust, and choice. We move at your pace, with your consent at the center of everything we do.
-
Exploring vulnerability, affection, receiving touch, asking for what you want, communicating boundaries, and how you relate to yourself and others in intimate situations.
-
Developing personal practices involving breath, movement, grounding, sensory awareness, and mindful touch that you can incorporate into everyday life.
-
Becoming more fluent in your body's language. Learning to recognize sensations, preferences, tension, desire, discomfort, and the difference between a genuine yes and an automatic one.
-
Exploring your relationship with self-touch, discovering different ways of experiencing pleasure, and developing a personal self-pleasure practice that feels genuinely yours.
-
Getting curious about what excites you, exploring fantasies, understanding your erotic blueprint, or making sense of desires and turn-ons that feel confusing, embarrassing, or difficult to accept.
-
Most of us were never taught how our anatomy actually works. Through education and guided exploration, you learn to recognize sensation, numbness, arousal, pleasure, and preference, so you can better understand and communicate what your body is telling you.
WHAT a session looks like
Some sessions involve a lot of conversation. Others include guided exercises, movement, body awareness, or practical ways to experiment with something new.
Here are a few examples of what we might do together.
-
We might use exercises from the Wheel of Consent to explore giving, receiving, asking, and choosing. You get to practice noticing what you actually want, communicating it, and changing your mind when something no longer feels right.
-
We might explore what pleasure means to you, what you enjoy, and how you experience desire. This could include body awareness exercises, guided self-touch, movement, or practices that help you notice sensations and preferences without having to achieve anything.
-
Maybe there's a conversation you've been avoiding with a partner, or you find it awkward asking for something during sex. We can practice the actual words, role-play the conversation, and explore what happens in your body when you try to say them.
-
We might explore how you experience giving and receiving attention, affection, or touch. Through consent-based exercises, you can experiment with slowing down, noticing your preferences, and allowing yourself to receive without feeling obligated to give something back.
-
Maybe you're curious about a fantasy, a kink, or something that turns you on that you've never really spoken about. We can explore your erotic interests, what they mean to you, how you feel about them, and whether or how you want to express them.
There's no expectation to act on anything. Sometimes understanding yourself is the entire point.
-
If embarrassment or shame comes up around your body, desires, or sexuality, we can explore it at a pace that feels manageable. This may involve conversation, body-based exercises, or experimenting with expressing something you've previously kept to yourself.
-
We might build a personal practice that helps you become more familiar with your body, whether that's learning to notice subtle sensations, experimenting with different kinds of touch, exploring pleasure without a goal, or creating simple rituals that support your self-care.
These are practices you can continue exploring on your own, outside our sessions.
-
Sometimes the most useful work is surprisingly ordinary. Asking for more affection. Telling someone you don't want to have sex. Initiating a conversation about pleasure. Making a decision without asking five other people what they think first.
We can explore and practice these moments together so you have something you can bring into your everyday life.
HOW TO GET STARTED
-

01 / LET'S HAVE A CHAT
We start with a free introductory call. You can tell me a little about what brings you here, ask questions, and get a better sense of how I work.
-

02 / LET'S TRY A SESSION
If you're interested in continuing, we book a paid introductory session. This is an opportunity to experience the work together and see how we feel about working with each other. Because yes, it matters that we both feel it's a good fit.
-

03 / LET'S WORK TOGETHER
If we're both happy to continue, we move into a minimum eight-session package. I don't offer ongoing one-off sessions because I want us to have the time to build trust, get curious, experiment, and see what unfolds without rushing the process.
FAQS
-
Not at all. You can explore your sexuality, intimacy, pleasure, and relationship with your body whether you're single, partnered, dating, or not interested in a relationship.
-
No. Curiosity is a perfectly good starting point. Some people come with a specific experience they'd like to explore, while others simply want to get to know themselves better.
-
That's completely welcome. You don't need to arrive feeling comfortable talking about everything. We can take our time, and you always get to decide what you want to share.
-
This can include guided self touch: body awareness, movement, and optional self-touch practices. These are discussed beforehand and guided by your consent.
For hands-on work, I also offer separate Somatic Bodywork sessions in Lisbon.
-
Yes. Online sessions allow us to explore many of the same themes through conversation, guided practices, body awareness, and exercises you can continue using in your own space.
-
That depends entirely on what you'd like to explore. Some people come with a specific question or experience, while others prefer to work together over a longer period.
We can discuss what makes sense for you during an initial call.
