PRIVATE ONE-TO-ONE

PRIVATE ONE-TO-ONE

3 MONTHs · ONLINE & IN PERSON

For people who've built a life that works and still can't let anyone all the way in.

A six-month private container for the people who built a life you can manage but can't quite feel. Three months to unlearn the grip and let yourself be met. Most of the work begins online. Hands-on work and immersions come once the foundations are in place.

Have you ever thought this, & never said it to
a single person?

✓ You keep a private scorecard on everyone in your life. Who’s pulling their weight. Who isn’t. Who makes things harder by falling apart when you need them to hold it together. You’d never say any of this out loud. You’d never let anyone see the list. And somehow, you’re still hardest on yourself.
✓ You don’t really do second chances. You call it self-respect, and honestly, half the time it probably is.
✓ You raised yourself, one way or another. You’re proud of how resilient you became. And there’s also a part of you that gets a little sad when you think about why you had to become that resilient in the first place.
✓ You notice the exact second something changes in someone’s tone. the pause. The shift. The distance. You’re usually right that something changed. Where you get yourself into trouble is deciding what it means.
✓ You’ve always been able to push through. That’s what everyone knows about you. You’re the one who gets it done. So when you’re this tired and pushing through isn’t working anymore, it scares you more than you want to admit.
✓ You’ve done the therapy. Read the books. Learned the language. Done the self-work. You understand yourself better than most people ever will. And still, something hasn’t really moved. And there’s a quiet part of you starting to wonder if maybe you’re just the kind of problem that doesn’t get fixed.
✓ someone you loved called you dramatic. Or difficult. Or too much. Maybe they said something worse. And even though you told yourself they were wrong, some part of you wondered if they had a point.

THE WORK BENEATH THE PATTERN

You think the problem is the exhaustion. The way rest never actually restores you. The way you can be lying next to someone who loves you and still feel completely alone. The way desire, if it shows up at all, feels like one more thing on the list.

Sometimes those are the symptoms. They're rarely the whole story.

You've spent years becoming capable, reliable, unshakeable. You know how to carry what other people can't. But receiving, being met, letting someone see the parts of you that aren't handling it, that's where the certainty runs out.

You pick people who can't quite reach you, and you call it taste, or standards, or just knowing what you want. It also means you were never really at risk of losing anything, because you were never really in.

Some nights you lie awake running tomorrow before it happens, already surviving it, so nothing can catch you off guard. You've said "I'm fine" three times this week when you weren't. Some days you catch yourself pulling away from the one person actually trying to get close, and you can't fully explain why. You can be the one everyone counts on, in every room, in every crisis, and still feel like nobody in any of those rooms actually knows you're there.

None of it was ever really about being tired. It's about the grip you've kept on everything since long before you knew you were gripping. The way asking for help started to feel like proof you'd failed, because somewhere you decided you're lovable for what you carry, not for who you are, and if you ever put it down you're not sure what would be left standing. So when help is offered, something closes before you've even decided anything. You say I've got it. You mean it every time you say it.

The armor you built so well nobody could hurt you, and so well nobody could reach you either.

the cold hard truth

At some point, you decided you were lovable because you were useful. Not because you were you. So you keep being useful. You keep showing up, solving things, taking care of people, being the one everyone can count on. Because some part of you still believes that’s the deal. And if you stopped, you’re not entirely sure what would be left.

You tend to choose people who can’t meet you all the way. You call it having standards. Or a type. Or just knowing what you want. And sometimes that’s true. But sometimes it also means you can have a relationship without ever having to fully risk being known or depending on someone.

You can be the person everyone counts on, in every task, at every dinner, in every crisis, and still walk away feeling like nobody actually saw you.

You want someone to touch the depths of your being. The problem is, you’ve spent your whole life making sure they couldn’t.

WHAT WE WORK WITH

FROM ADAPTATION TO AGENCY

THE ARC OF THE WORK
  • 01 / Pre-care

Before we touch anything difficult, we create the conditions for honesty. The kind that lets you feel what you feel, want what you want, and know where you end and someone else begins.

  • 02 / The Body Leads

We go to where desire, boundaries, and truth get stuck. Through conversation, guided practice, and self touch, your body gets to discover its preferences in real time.

  • 03 / we meet it

Whatever rises gets met with support, choice, and your full agency intact. Shame. Boundary violations. The touch that wasn't wanted. The touch that never came. What has been carried alone no longer has to be.

  • 04 / Integration

What happens in session is only part of the work. We track what shifts, make sense of what opened, and bring it into your real life. The goal is not a powerful session. It is a different way of being with yourself.

Here is what I want you to know

before you apply

At some point, you will probably want to pull away. You might get busy, go quiet, question the work, or find a reason to create some distance. You might even find something I said that genuinely bothered you and decide it’s time to leave.

I’m not going to punish you for that. And I’m not going to disappear when you do.

Conflict and repair are part of the work. You get to be angry, disappointed, difficult, or misunderstood, and we learn what happens next. We talk about it. We repair it. We stay in the relationship.

Because if your body has learned that conflict means rejection or abandonment, you need to experience something different. Not once, but repeatedly.

That kind of trust can only be built in a relationship, over time.

And if something just broke, or almost broke, between you and someone you love, that’s often the best time to start.

four things you are probably thinking

✓ "I've already done therapy." So did I. Six years, 540 hours, three times a week at the start. I came out able to explain myself beautifully and still unable to answer a simple question about what I wanted. Therapy gave me the language. It didn't give me the capacity. Those get built in two different places.
✓ "Will this make me soft." No. Nobody is taking your strength and I wouldn't know how. You built it for a reason and it's real. Right now you have exactly one way to be in a room with someone, the competent one. You're keeping that and getting another.
✓ "I don't have the time." Two sessions a month and about twenty minutes a week in your actual life. If your life genuinely won't hold a rhythm, we do it as immersions instead, in days rather than hours.
✓ "I'm not sure I even want this relationship." Good. This work isn't here to keep you in it. Some women stay and it gets better. Some leave and finally know why. Mine ended while I was in the middle of this. You're allowed to arrive undecided.

FAQS

DON'T HAVE SIX MONTHS?

A DIFFERENT WAY TO DO THE WORK

Some women know exactly why they're here and don't want to spend the next six months fitting this work between meetings, deadlines, and everyone else's needs. Private immersions offer the same depth of work in a concentrated, multi-day format designed around your schedule.
